Well got a bit of sewing done this week. First I wanted to get my scrapbook all in order. My scarpbook is more of pics I find of clothes I like and one day would like to try sometime. I have a friend that works at Walmart in the fabric part. They be throwing away the McCall books and all but, she puts them all aside for me and I get to pick them up. But, instead of me flipping though all those books from time to time I decided to cut out the ones I like and make me a scrapbook. Well I have 2 scrapbooks one for my sewing projects and the other one is for my crochet projects. So here is a start. Ok I made my daughter Nesa a nice pretty pink and brown shirt. She loves her new shirt she wore it to school today. It didn't take me no time to finish this shirt.:) Front :)due to my daughter having a liver diease her belly is a little bigger so I had to make a little extra room for her belly for the front. Who said, that my girls not artists. Well this weekend my girls became Leonardo Da Vinci and Vincent Van Go Look at them hard at work lol. I brought some foam like boards that I as using it for a craft board posting designs and things like that on it but, since I did a lot of changing things around in my home I decided to go ahead and give it to my girls to do there art work. Before me and my girls got our hands on it. :) Had some spray paint that I haven't used in awhile and decided to give the board a little background color of black. Here a little red and blue. After my girls did there work. I added some ribbon around the boarder. Here go the famous art work. TA DAAAAAA LOL Ok I needed a little change when it came to my computer desk it was all un organize and out of order. Oh I am so junkie lol. Ok finally can catch up on my blog. I've been crafty crazy doing some crocheting, sewing and a bit of recons here and there. So you all going to see how busy my week has been. :) Ok lets start with my crochet work. I am that type of person that gets bored after awhile working on the same project. I then get excited about a new project and sit my other projects to the side and then come back ever so offen. These 2 projects below I can say I have been working on and off on them for at least 2 to 3 months and I have to say I am finally done with them. :) here goes. Ok these 2 pillows are some reverseable pillows that I wanted to put on my futon. I am that type of person that cant stick to one color so I am always changing up colors so on one side it is blue and black on the other side is red and black. My weekend was ok it went pass fast. The weather here is so confusing one day it is hot then the next minute it is cold that's Milwaukee weather for you. Other words my girls are doing ok they been stuff up from the weather changing so much. My weekend mainly I put my hook down for 2 days due to my wrist hurting from crocheting and typing a lot I need to take a little brake from my hook. I got my sewing area all organized so that means I didn't have no excuses for not sewing so here go my sewing weekend.:) First will start with my girls. I came across some flower like fabric that my girls was ohhh and ahhh at so went ahead and made them a nice outfit to wear around the house due to the weather changing don't think the outfits I made would work so well with our Milwaukee weather. :) Front:) Nellie is in the pink outfit to the left my 2 yr old she barely ever looks at the camera lol.
