TGIF I finally get to sit down and check my emails and post on my blog. I finish another purse that I love. I have been taking it everywhere with me since I finished it. Got a lot of ohhh's and ahhhh's from everyone about my purse so wanted to show it off on my blog :) Have 2 pockets on both sides of my purse :) Just had to put in a pocket for my cell phone can't never find my cell phone when it is in the bottom of my purse so this helps me a lot more here. The inside also have 2 pockets the linning is a sky blue color love this color:) Want to say thank you to a blogger friend of mines she sent me a Knifty Knitter and I love it. Well my mom wanted me to crochet her a big big purse so I went ahead and done it. My mom have always supported me when it came to my sewing and crocheting. She is always telling her friends all the nice things I do. She is always getting me customers to make some extra money here and there. Ok quick update. A lot of women from Crochetville has sent my daughter Nesa some crochet squares that I am still trying to put together for her a blanket. Due to my oldest daughter having a liver diease I wanted to have a special blanket for my daughter for those times that she is in the hossy. So there is this nice lady from Crochetville that wanted to send my little daughter Nellie something so she wont feel left out. Thanks Moomoo/ Lillibet so much my daughter loves the blanket. Also I went to a yard sell today came across these small sewing machines the owner said they are in great shape and she was asking for 10 dollars each so I got 2 of them for my little girls. Here they go. They both do work great but, I didn't buy them for me or for them to be used. They came with the foot paddle and the plug part but, I took the plug part out and used them for my girls to play like they is sewing. The...

I love it. Love this purse. I am always crocheting other people purses and backpacks that I never really get to crochet me one so here goes my new purse love it.:) Front Has a crochet pocket with fun fur crocheted around it. I use the fun fur around the base of the purse also. There is 2 silver handles that I crochet around so it can be easy to carry it mainly a little more of comfront to the handles. :) Back Inside with all my things. Inside there is 4 pockets. I used the fun fur yarn to do crochet edging around the pocket I thought it would give it a bit of a big pop to it so it wont be all just black. Here go a bucket I put together after seeing a post on Crochetville this lady got bucket that mainly for her crochet hooks. SO I decided to try to do me a bucket and have to say it turned out just right. I like it it can be used to have my crochet hooks and my yarn for the small projects that I am doing at that time. Well this is the first crochet shirt I've ever crocheted. I've always crocheted halter tops and tube tops but, never a whole shirt so I have to say it is lovely. Like it alot. Here is my 2 yr old Ms. Nellie showing off her new shirt mommy made. Aint she cute:) The first Back Close up on front Close up on back This shirt is done on my own mainly free handed it no pattern followed. Done in single stitches with 2 different yarns. I watch Uncommon Thread alot and one show they had Crochet Nation on there making a shirt I mainly took how they did they shirt and there I went. Still learning to read patterns at this point. But, shoot I've been doing just find without patterns but, would like to learn one day so I can also learn to write my own patterns some day:) There you have it:) my first whole crochet shirt ever:) Aint it cute?

I sewn up a couple of summer outfits today. Here is my 2 yr old daughter Nellie in her tube/halter top whatever you want to call it and her capris. Front Back Close up Now here go my oldest daughter Nesa that is 5 yrs old. She is wearing a summer dress that ties up around her neck. Front Back Close up Ok now here go my crochet items. I done my little 4 month old niece some headbands due to her having craddle cap her hair as been falling out in the front and I thought it would be nice to make her a couple of headbands to cover up that part of her hair until her hair starts back growing. I always find myself trying something new when it comes to purses. Here go my lates purse that I've done. Like it alot. Wanted it with a big flap but, ran out of denim so I had to go with the little strap with the metal snap to help it close. It came out right. :) Outside Inside has a pink lining with 4 pockets 2 on each side of the purse I tried something new here. I made a little zip up pocket on the strap to put like my credit cards and ID at with a zipper to help it stay closed. It came out just like I wanted it. Throw my things inside very roomie at it. Also I have a long string that is sewn in the inside of the lining of the purse with a keychain on the end. It's used to clip my keys or a small chance purse to it so it's easy to find in my purse. I been done with my daughter's skirt for awhile just haven't been able to take pics until today. For those that seen the tank top here go the matching skirt to go with the tank top.
